2. Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after being received in our system.
If you require delivery on a specific or postponed date, please contact us before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address or order details may not be possible due to our warehouse's dispatch processes.
Delivery Information
-
Standard delivery with tracking typically takes 10–12 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, location and other circumstances.
-
Deliveries are made to ground-floor level only. Stairs and internal carrying are excluded.
-
Couriers generally operate Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Weekend deliveries may occasionally occur during peak freight periods.
-
Special arrangements, including two-person delivery, stairs, lifts or multi-level access, must be discussed with us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.
-
If your order has not arrived within the estimated transit period, please contact us so we can lodge an enquiry with the courier.
Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete, accurate and accessible, including unit or building numbers where applicable.
-
Large items require a valid street address. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are not accepted for large-item deliveries.
-
Business addresses must be accessible and staffed during standard courier business hours.
-
Please provide a valid mobile number and email address so the courier can contact you if necessary.
-
Please ensure suitable parking or a loading area is available near the delivery address.
-
Assistance with unloading or carrying goods may be required. If your delivery involves stairs or a location above ground level, please ensure appropriate assistance is available or contact us before ordering.
Authority to Leave (ATL): If you wish to authorise an unattended delivery, please include your instructions at checkout. ATL may be used for contactless delivery where the location is considered safe and the courier's procedures permit it.
Additional Shipping Fees
Additional charges may apply to remote or regional areas, or to special delivery requirements such as two-person delivery, stairs, lifts and multi-level access.
Some postcodes are excluded from standard delivery. If the shipping fee paid does not cover the actual delivery cost, we may contact you to arrange payment of the shortfall or, if delivery cannot be arranged, cancel the order and provide a refund.
Redirection costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible addresses may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Large-Item Delivery Requirements
For large-item deliveries, customers must ensure that:
-
A valid street address and suitable access are available.
-
Nearby parking or a loading area is accessible.
-
Appropriate assistance is available for unloading or carrying goods where required.
-
Any access restrictions, stairs or special delivery requirements are disclosed before ordering.
Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether your delivery location is suitable.
3. Delivery Inspection, Damage and Defect Reporting
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery, even if the product will not be used or assembled immediately.
Please check the outer packaging and, where reasonably possible, the product itself for visible damage, missing components or other apparent issues before use or assembly.
If you identify damage, missing parts or a suspected defect, please contact us promptly and provide:
-
Your order number and product details.
-
Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
-
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant.
-
A brief description of the issue and when it was first noticed.
Where possible, please retain the original packaging until the matter has been assessed.
We recommend reporting visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery to help us investigate promptly with the courier. This is a requested reporting timeframe to assist with evidence collection and is not a limitation on your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Assessment of Damage and Defect Claims
All reported issues will be assessed based on the available evidence, the nature of the issue, the condition of the goods, the circumstances of delivery and any applicable consumer guarantees.
If a problem is reported after a significant delay, or the goods have been used, assembled, modified or disposed of before the issue is documented, it may become more difficult to establish when or how the problem occurred. In such cases, we may request further information, photographs, videos or an inspection before determining an appropriate outcome.
Where the available evidence is insufficient to establish the cause or circumstances of the reported issue, we may be unable to substantiate a claim on the information provided and may decline a requested remedy where legally justified.
However, delayed reporting, non-use or failure to report within 48 hours does not automatically invalidate a claim. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Delivery and Delivery Enquiries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated transit period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter with the courier and provide assistance based on the circumstances.
For suspected loss or damage during transit, please provide any relevant tracking information, delivery photographs and other supporting evidence available.
4. Optional Shipping Extra Cover
If available for your shipment, Extra Cover may provide additional protection against loss or damage in transit, subject to the carrier's terms, coverage limits, exclusions and claim requirements.
Without Extra Cover, compensation under the carrier's standard service may be limited. Any applicable compensation, excess or postage refund will depend on the service purchased and the carrier's assessment.
Shipping insurance or Extra Cover does not replace or limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about additional transit protection.
5. Delivery Exclusions and Postcode Restrictions

6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where goods fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Our shipping, inspection and reporting procedures are intended to help resolve issues efficiently and establish the circumstances of any reported damage or defect. They do not override your statutory rights.
For questions about your delivery address, shipping arrangements or delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to assist.
